Child-Centred Separation
Helping separated and separating parents replace uncertainty with structure, consistency, and decisions that put the child first.
Separation changes the shape of a family
It doesn't end it
Children don't experience the agreement — they experience how it's lived.
When parents separate, children live the day-to-day, not the paperwork. This programme gives parents a clear, practical framework for raising their children well across two homes: less conflict, more consistency, and a childhood protected from the adult dispute. The work is to replace uncertainty with structure — and to make the child, not the disagreement, the centre of every decision.
The Five Pillars Programme
One system for two homes
The pillars work together as one system for raising a child well across two homes. When one area is clear, the whole family is steadier. Governance, communication, stability, conflict containment and accountability — a system, not a checklist.
Governance
Clear decision-making, so the same arguments stop repeating.
Communication
Neutral, factual, business-like updates — never a child as messenger.
Stability
Predictable routines and reliable handovers across two homes.
Conflict Containment
Shielding the child from adult conflict, pausing before reacting, and stepping out of the cycle.
Accountability
Doing what you said you would, confirming changes in writing, and choosing responsibility over blame.
Structure, consistently applied, is what holds steady over time
Two focused days. Practical tools. A calmer childhood.
How the programme works
Step 1 — Enquire
Get in touch and tell us how you're enquiring — as a parent, a legal professional, or an employer. We send the relevant information pack, fees and dates.
Step 2 — Attend the Two Days
Join the in-person intensive over two consecutive days, working through the Five Pillars with a structured workbook applied to your own family.
Step 3 — Apply It, with Support
Leave with a certificate and a practical system — plus a 30-minute online follow-on consultation to help you apply the framework at home.
"Be the calm they'll remember. This is the one conversation they'll carry for life — let it tell them they are loved by both of you, and that none of it is their fault."
